## Booking and appointments

Appointments are by prior booking only, so every client has the full time to themselves.

- You can book online at any time: choose the service, the day and the time, and you’ll get an email confirmation.
- Appointment hours are Monday to Friday, 12:00–18:30. Weekends by arrangement (with a €10 surcharge).
- If you’re not sure whether to book an application or maintenance, write or call – I’ll help you choose.
- Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start calmly.
- Come without eye make-up and, if possible, without contact lenses.
- If your plans change, please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment.
